Our Team

FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL: BILL M ZHUANG

Bill M Zhuang, CPA, CGA, MBA is the founder of the company and have near thirty years of experience as a trusted accountant and business advisor.Bill has amassed a wealth of experience with entrepreneurs and not-for-profit organizations. Clients depend on his expertise, experience and creative thinking to help run their organizations, grow their businesses, deal with financial institutions, deal with various tax authorities and manage their wealth.

Bill has been doing a lot of volunteer work as well. He had been the president of leadership club for CPAC during the year of 2015 to 2016. He was the CFO for MP Jean Yip in 2020. He has been the president of commercial condominium TSCC2329 board since late 2020.

ACCOUNTANT: LINDA LI

Linda has been the accountant for the company since year 2000. She has been developed her knowledge and skills by working on a wide array of client files spanning numerous industries. Besides accounting, she has been a star in managing customer relation.

ACCOUNTANT: LI TIAN (KELLY)

Li Tian (last year in B.com), Li has served private businesses in several industries from construction, manufacturing, consulting services to the merchandise business over the last 12 years. She offers accounting, personal taxation and planning, as well as business consulting services to private corporation and individuals. She is a dedicated team member who assists her clients to achieve their business goals with her professional knowledge and expertise.

FINANCIAL ADVISOR: JESSICA ZHUANG

Jessica is a self-motivated and organized professional with over 6 years of experience in the financial industry. She works with a team of experts who specialize in areas of investments, insurance, retirement, education planning, taxation and estate planning, as well as cashflow and debt management. She takes the time to understand her clients’ individual needs and goals, and tailors each financial plan to achieve client objectives.
